What is HEAMEDIA Portal Framework?

HEAMEDIA Portal Framework (HPF) is a self-hosted customer portal and archive that goes beyond a traditional Content Management System (CMS).

Short explanation

HPF unifies file storage, databases and publishing in one system. Originals stay protected in the back-end (internal part), while the public site shows only what you choose via virtual “folders”. No third-party tracking on public pages — consent and individual logging appear only at protected download (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).

For whom?

Small and mid-sized tech companies, Business to Business (B2B), that want to own their material, control access, and give customers/partners a clear place for updates and downloads. HPF (HEAMEDIA Portal Framework) runs without third-party tracking on public pages.

Registration → role assignment → password-protected download → receipt and log. Public pages show, for example, release notes; protected files sit behind login. Administration can be locked to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and daily backups with tested restore are included.

Pilot setup (12 months)

Install in the customer’s environment (on-premises or Virtual Private Server (VPS)), or on a HEAMEDIA-hosted server during the pilot. Includes three core flows: registration/roles, password-protected downloads and release notes. VPN admin, daily backups and tested restore are included. Self-cost SEK 25–35k excl. VAT*. At the end of the pilot we run an export/restore exercise (exit readiness).

FAQ

Do we need a cookie banner? – No. Public pages have no third-party tracking; necessary session cookies are used only after login.
Does email hosting come included? – No, excluded in the pilot (we can recommend a separate provider).
Can we export everything? – Yes, both files and CSV logs.
